Most automated checks are completed within seconds. For documents requiring manual oversight by our operators, the standard turnaround time is 2-4 business hours, ensuring maximum accuracy without compromising speed.
Which documents are supported?
We currently support Government IDs, Passports, and Driver's Licenses from over 190 countries. We also verify professional certificates, diplomas, and proof of address documents.
Is my data secure?
Security is our core mandate. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement strict PII (Personally Identifiable Information) redaction in our logging layers and are fully compliant with GDPR and enterprise security standards.

If a document is rejected or flagged, you will receive a notification with specific reasons (e.g., blurry image, expired document). You can then resolve the issue and resubmit through your dashboard.
